EXCHANGE INFORMATION

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. At Justuju.pk, we offer an exchange facility:

• Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.
• Items must be in unused condition with original tags and packaging.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
• Stitched/customized and sale items cannot be exchanged.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the product was faulty or wrong.
