REFUND POLICY

At Justuju.pk, we aim to provide our customers with the highest level of satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Refund requests must be initiated within 7 calendar days of receiving the order.
• Items must be returned in unused, unworn, unwashed condition, with original packaging and tags attached.
• Customized, stitched, sale, and clearance items are non-refundable.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
• Refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.

If the product you received was damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
